yes, I am able to reproduce this with the current CVS version.  For
some records, a record with multiple net addresses will complete to
the primary, in other cases it will complete to the second (the one
just after the primary).  This happens regardless of the value of
bbdb-completion-type (have tried nil, 'primary, 'primary-or-name, and
'net with the same effect).
