Well, they were fixed in 0.12.0-pre2, but that turned out to have a pretty nasty bug--it looks like it's backing up your data, but if you ever try to restore from the backup, you're in for a surprise. Then they were re-broken in 0.12.0-pre3. A couple of weeks ago I submitted a patch to fix them again in the current CVS, but I don't have commit privileges on pilot-link and the maintainer hasn't looked my patch over yet. It's so bad on my machine that my Palm usually times out before the connection gets established. I have communicated with one user about using a Treo 650 with SyncCM (a PilotManager conduit that syncs the Datebook). There was a bug in her first Treo 650 firmware that made it not work; then she upgraded the firmware and it worked for several weeks... and then one day trashed a whole bunch of her appointments. I haven't figured out what happened yet, and it's tough going without a device to test on or a reliable way to reproduce the bug.
