From time to time I fetch csv files MySQL databases on a unix server
and the accented characters are come across in what I guess is unix
encoding
È (E grave) instead of é (e acute)
Á (A acute) instead of ç (c cedilla)
and so on.
Is there a filter or script for putting this right?
