for Central European (ISO Latin 2). Reopening with many other character sets are much simpler. Why not ISO 8859-2 too?
Do this: 1. Visit the Preferences screen. 2. Click "Text encodings" on the left 3. Enable Central European (ISO Latin 2) 4.
