Where can i find the "Unix Filters palette"?
Windows menu, Palettes sub-menu, near the bottom (for me anyway) are
the Unix related palettes.

Indeed, the Sort Lines.sh script in the Unix Filters palette uses
the "-n" option to sort strings by numerical value.
From the man page for sort
-n, --numeric-sort
compare according to string numerical value
So, go to the palettes menu and choose Unix Filters then run Sort
Lines.sh on your file.
