Rereading the original post... it seems Jacob wants the text to be
sorted by ASCII value...
I put together this php script that can do that for you, just dump
this in the ~/Application Support/BBEdit/Unix Support/Unix Filters/
folder and it'll be a selection for you.

It's pretty simple, but _should_ do what you want. I just wrote this
in PHP because that's what I'm familiar with...
