I have a .php file I'm trying to edit. It's a local file but I originally opened it using Transmit. When I attempt to search and replace, the dialogue will not come up. When I attempt to save any changes, BBEdit will not save. I cannot even bring up the About BBEdit menu item. If I close the document, quit and reopen BBEdit, other files work fine. But now, when I open that document, even directly from Finder, it breaks all the aforementioned functionality and I can't make changes to the file I need to. What gives? This is maddening.
