More clues to this. I don't think Transmit is part of the problem's
equation. It appears to be an issue with "Preview in BBEdit". If I
invoke that with this PHP page, I can no longer save, find or even
close the document. It's as if a script on the page is hanging up the
preview shown in BBEdit. The only "script" is a Flicker embed though
(and Google Analytics). And that is working just fine.

If I quit out of BBEdit and make sure that I don't reopen preview,
things seem better. As long as I only preview in a external browser, I
seem okay.

Any advice is still very welcome.
