That's a display artefact. The "…" (or "ellipsis") indicates that there is 
further text which isn't being shown due to restrictions on the space in which 
the email address is being rendered. The full address is there in the email, 
it's just the email program shortening the displayed text to fit on the screen.

The days of worrying about email addresses being published are long gone. I 
have always found obfuscation to be more of a hindrance than anything, and spam 
filtering has progressed to the point where I only get about three or four spam 
messages a week in my Inbox. I'm not sure what the concern is - if it's 
privacy, you gave that up by ever sending an email with your name associated 
with it.
