If you use option-up-arrow it behaves like how you want pageup to work.

Once you get used to option & command-arrow, it's pretty useful. The absence of 
this convention on Windows makes me crazy (on Winders).

Also, emacs keybindings work (e.g., control-a, control-e and so on). vi haters 
gonna hate.
