How do you define a “change”? Is it every keystroke? Every few
minutes?
Check out the BBEdit auto-save feature. I don’t think it’s combined
with any of the Search->Diff menu items, but it’s easy enough to open
an auto-saved doc from (eg) 5 mins ago and diff that against current
doc. (I’ve done that twice this week already.)
