Yes, I would normally only have one master style sheet for an entire site, 
maybe a second one for print if that was necessary. Any slight 
modifications to the master styles can be made on the individual pages and 
take precedence over the master styles. The last style sheet linked in the 
<head> takes precedence over earlier ones, so even if you have multiple 
style sheets referencing the same div, the last one loaded is the only one 
that needs to be changed.
