Case sensitive filesystem in macOS causes problems for several large
applications. Most famously, No Adobe software will run on a case sensitive
drive, nor will it even install. I believe the same is true for Microsoft
Office, but I am not sure. Since most Mac users use at least some Adobe tools,
case sensitive is a non-starter.

That's not the case on macOS for most users.

Not really. You just need to pay attention if you are going to be moving to a
case sensitive file system.

Another option is to set apache (or whatever) to ignore case.

ice and limitless as the night sky. He remembered being summoned into
reluctant existence at the moment the first creature lived, in the
certain knowledge that he would outlive life until the last being in the
universe passed to its reward, when it would be his job, figuratively
speaking, to put the chairs on the tables and turn all the lights off.
He remembered the loneliness.
