I concur; https://brew.sh/ to install Homebrew, then `brew install svn`, wait a bit, and you're all set. You'll also need to make sure that `/opt/homebrew/bin/` is in `/etc/paths`. You can put it in `~/.zshenv` instead, but then if you install tools which overlap with the ones included with macOS (such as `git`) then they won't come up early enough in the process.
