I'm not a GIS customer, but I think it's interesting that they're offering
FIOS, which usually requires fiber to the premises. I wonder if they're
reselling Verizon's FIOS or using some other technology to provide "FIOS
like" services? I can't see a small ISP spending the capital to build
their own fiber plant.
