This is the chipcommon core, not the wifi core.  0x812 is the wifi
core, the uCode version depends on the wifi core revision.

If this card is supported by 3.xx drivers, (it should be since the
card is in the good chip list),  it uses uCode 5 which is uploaded
on wireless core revision 5 or newer.

On the 4.xx drivers, which I'm working on right now,
Rev 3 and under are not supported.
Rev 4 use uCode 4.
Rev 5-0xA use uCode 5
Rev 0xB and up use uCode 11.
