I have the above 4306/3, and with 2.6.20+combined (i386 arch)
it apparently works - when I set "iwconfig eth1 rate 54Mbit", I am able
to scp from another host connected to the AP by a wired ethernet at 2.7MB/s.
When I set "iwconfig eth1 rate auto", it falls back to 11Mbit/s (at least
this is what "iwconfig eth1" reports, also scp is slower).
However, I have problems getting the card up after boot: when
I do "ifup eth1", it fails after few seconds with the message:
"failed. No link present - check the cable?" (probably some Fedora-
or dhclient-specific message). When I do "ifconfig eth1 up; sleep 2;
ifup eth1", it gets the address from DHCP correctly.
