Thanks for the reply. 1. Yes , this server comes with a CD ( HP ProLiant DL120G6 Server Easy Set-up CD, Bootable Set-up CD) which recommend only for Windows 2008 ( standard and enterprise). No option like linux or Other. I have tried using that.
2. Did not find any updated version for Smart Array P212. 3. Yes, Completely ignoring the Controller Debian installation is possible that I have tried before but after updating it does not work with the controller. Another thing, RHEL 5 installation has no problem including the controller and to install RHEL5 no need the bootable easy Set-up CD. But our requirement is Debian. Regards Amalesh
