Cows and horses know by instinct not to graze where they have just left a
deposit. We need to use our intelect. If you have just extracted all the
vital goodness out of something can you expext it all to be replaced in a
few months? Steiner suggests that it should go through several cycles before
growing food for humans on it again. His advice to the farmers in 1924 was
that the propper ratio was that of the human to animal ratio on the farms of
1924 in Europe. Dave's suggestion of useing it in the flower and shrub
gardens sounds prety good to me. What do you think? If your are going to
certify your property I suggest that you run this question by one of the
inspectors.
