Hi! Robert, Like your site, well done. Chillies are relatively new to Australia, maybe the last thirty years in any quantity. The Post WW2 migration, brought many heavy users and we are slowly being converted. Mild ones like capsicum are in wide common use and we are gradually using more types and quantity.
