How much do you trust your government? The Anthrax circulated by mail in the US is a strain unique to the US Government.
It is a contact only form and as such does not pose a risk outside the actual target or very close by. It is not suited to use in an act of terrorism. The scatter is a bit like throwing a handful of pebbles. The Anthrax thing is a stage managed beat up. There is no justification to irradiate your mail. Just call your administration into line. I seem to remember some works along the line of Government for the people, by the people.... Why not try it? I still doubt if the Anthrax killing irradiation would damage seeds, but I am sure the FDA can tell you, call them, they are your servants, or do they not believe that? Gil
