Another thought occurred to me. Glen Atkinson has gotten international registration for his preps. I believe such registration is automatically accepted by US authorities (check with the weed board). Perhaps it would be worthwhile to purchase from Glen in NZ. Even tho shipping would be higher, you would save on registration expense.
