You need some Rae cards of the BD preps - your home made weed peppers (only need a teaspoon or two) - and a card / 2 pot potentiser ( I'm sure you could find a local homeopath that would either lend or help with this) - and some nice clean spring water (drinkable) . Potentise some samples and they can analyse to their hearts content - all they are gonna find is H2O Surely spraying out water onto the roadside will get around the legislation and your mate Randy can drink the weed pepper samples if he gets thirsty part way thru the argument. What you want to do is so far outside of their paradigm that a few more yards won't make much difference. You would need to leave an untreated area for reference later.
