Yes the moving of leaves when there is no wind seems to be one of their ways of communicating. Years ago, when I built a new herb and rose garden I asked for the blessings of those helpful beings that are unseen. I invited all in love and light to enter and play freely. The "Fairy Rose" at the entrance to the garden path suddenly rippled at if someone had passed a hand over it. There was no wind. They are more than pleased when we recognize them and respond in kind.
