Elaine Ingram states in an article on her website

"There are two basic kinds of machines, one where the tea goes through a
pump in order to mix the tea, and one where air is used to mix the tea.
Actually the best tea being made right now is from a machine where the tea
goes through the pump. Which is not what I thought was the best situation,
so even experts can be wrong sometimes!"

I am trying to make my own 10-30 gallon brewer that uses airs to mix the
tea. Any suggestions on pumps and diffusers would great.
