Dear Lloyd,
As usual you have got to what may be the very crux of the matter. Short
broadcast ensures the active participation of the owner of the radionic
broadcast tool. I would like to cover this further when I get back from
Albury.
A participant at the Toowoomba Atmospheric Regeneration Workshop has given a
glowing report card on the workshop, so it seems that we are in for a great
time at Albury. Some participants could not get to Toowoomba due to the
flood rains in SE Queensland. It seems that Coffs Harbour has had rains
during the workshop there, and it is looking promising for patchy rain over
the state this weekend. We still have not had catch up rain yet, but the
longer we go without rain the closer to when it will rain. 7 inches of rain
in 18 months is hard for anybody to survive. I vote that we dont allow Hugh
to return to America as he seems to be much more popular with Australian
farmers than in America. It seems that each of the 3 day workshops will
attract in excess of 70 participants.
Looking forward to catching up with you at Albury.
Go well
James
