hi,   when u refer any assembly in yr application, .NET looks in the bin directory of 
the calling application or in the GAC. since u have given a strong name to yr assembly 
then u need to do one more thing ! putting it in GAC to make it public. try this, 
gacutil -i <your assembly>   if there is a problem, then wont u mind how did u give 
strong name to yr assembly !
