irrespective of vs.net or notepad, its IIS 
which runs ur aspx. so iis wud look for the dll in the /bin folder of ur home 
directory.

                if you use vs.net i yu can get the reference to 
                the dll directlly.
                but  i use notepad , so how must i go about??
