Dear Rupreeth,
But i too belived it as you mentioned in the mail until I encounter a problem when
removing an assembly from solution.
When i tried to remove an assembly from my solution IDE prompted a message saying
that "Since this assembly got an referance you can not remove this assembly". Then I
removed the assembly from all the individual m/c and then it allowed me to remove the
assembly from server.
