Hi,
For a web project created from source safe, all individuals will have there own .sln
file, but when they check in the project, sln file in taken from the checked in
project so all the assembly references are over written. It is better for all the team
members to have all latest assemblies when working together so that there they do not
need to exclude any web farm while compiling. Hope this is clear.

Rgds,
San
