Hi Mrinal
Here is the suggestion: Don't use response.redirect method at all, you can use hidden 
form field or session variables. in this case the values will not be appended to URL, 
and nobody can tamper with these values. 
until or unless you don't have mandatory requirements to pass values by querystring, 
you can try with this suggestion.?     -Naveen
