----------------------------------------------------------- From: Suresh Kumar R Message 1 in Discussion Dear Friends, When a .net program is complied it first generates the IL. This IL when we try to execute, the JIT converts them into the native machine code and then executes the same. Qn. In case of windows application. -When we run this exe (IL), the JIT turns it to native code and runs the native code. So the application is open now. Then I close the application. Then I again try to run the exe...........NOW again the IL will converted to Native code and run...? OR directly the previously complied native code is used for running...? In the latter case, where does this compiled code is stored...?
