Hi Gaurav ,   a doubt , i am actually trying get an analogy from web applications , 
where after the first request from a given browser , there's no need for recompilation 
as it gets cached and in case final results are output cached , then there's no need 
for execution also till the cache is invalidated ,    Now similarly in case of Win 
Apps. even if the given application / process terminates on restarting the same exe 
does it has scope of  getting  pre - cached results or it is bound to go through the 
complete process of compilation and execution again .   Regards ,   Mrinal
