Hi Bhuvan,
 
Thanks for the link. Actually my client  needs a GIS kind of thing. It needs to be 
done in C#. The requirement is some thing like this:
We will have a country' map say India. In that I will be having diff regions, based on 
the data(numeric values) from the database, I need to color the region.
 
Do you have any sample tutorial. I have the map and data base. I dont know how o start 
with that.

Hi,
 
Does your cleint or specification want use any particular GIS? I guess it's important 
to now what the Sytem would be before jumping into choosing a library for your 
application!
