I have developed one application in VB.net. i have tried to create a setup for that application so i have used setup and deployment wizard. but when i take this to a system where dotnet framework is not installed it is not running. that means the application(setup file) must see of dotnet framework is installed in the system. if its absent it must be able to install it.
