Hai Ram,
You've to install the dotnet redistributable before installing your application in a
traget machine which is not having .NETFrame work.
You find the file in the component cd of vs.net.
File Name is dotnetfx.exe.
MS future OS's will have the builtin Dot Net Framework, like JVM.
I think windows 2003 is coming under that categorey.
