Try chaning the authentication model to use a user-name password combination rather than integrated. Note however that executing a DTS package from a stored procedure using COM automation is not recommended. This method can have lots of performance issues and is prone to problems. Rather, from your stored procedure use the xp_cmdshell extended stored procedure to run the dtsrun command-line utility which can execute a package. This is much faster and error handling becomes easier.
