Hi Saravanan, In my generated code for Datagrid the first column has code like below
href="javascript:__doPostBack('EmployeesLog$_ctl2$_ctl0','')" which will go to the
Sort_Grid Method in my Code behind but the second column has the code like this
href="javascript:__doPostBack('EmployeesLog$_ctl2$_ctl2','')" but onclick of this
column is not going to Sort_Grid Method. So Which parameter will decide to go or not
to go inside Sort_Grid Method. Thanks Anandraj.A.
