Hi, Only the first parameter decides which method to call because first parameter is
the source object which caused the postback. Since in your case you are adding columns
manually to datagrid, there might be problem in calling method. To find out this
problem, try to pass __doPostBack('EmployeesLog$_ctl2$_ctl0','') in onclick of the
