HI Neeraj...  Thanks yar.. What u have written matches my requirement exactly.... One 
thing i dint understand from ur explantion...   If i am using Transaction in Class2... 
and if there are any errors , u have asked to throw the exception to the Class 
1...(try and Catch block)... I dont think thst it is possible to throw the exception 
to Class1...if so how do u do it...   Beacuse all if any error occurs it occurs to the 
Calling page ie TestPage.aspx.vb - try and Catch block.. and not in the other already 
called class(Class1).. I dont know whether i am right...   Pls do clear me in this 
issue...   Thanks, Dinjesh.
