HI Neeraj,   According to u.. the COMMIT operation shoul never be present in CLASS1.  
it shoul be present in only Class2...    So i f any error happens in class2 or after 
class2.. ie in the catch block of the .aspx.vb page.. we can manually fire the 
rollback to Class1... Is that u are trying to say...   One more thing. In my 
applictaion there is a seperate DBAccess class which does all the DataBase 
operations...   So. i think that i should not create each separate instance of my 
DBAccesclass in Class1 and Class2 seperately...and also the Transaction object 
also..is that right???/   Regards, Dinesh.
