Hi Dinesh,

you can do one thing instantiate transactions in class1 as u said u r doing 
some operations ...........according to return value u r instantiating 
class2 object as u said u r handling try catch block in class2 also in catch 
block u throw the exception as throw ex. this in turn will fire and give 
information to the parent class. that is class1 in class1 u can rollback the 
transaction.

so here ur class1 is the one which begins and commits the trans...........
