I hope you are at the latest on the Service Pack of SQL Server also. ie. SP3. If that 
is the case just check that, SP3 disables SP3 by default. In such cases you need to 
enable the same and install the SP3 at the client also (the machine that uses the 
query analyzer for debugging). Now assuming you have done this ...   When you get the 
error you should probably use No or Cancel, and right-click on My Computer and pick 
Manage. Then find Services, and in that list find MS SQL Server Service. Right-click 
and select Properties, move to the Log On tab. You  will find that "Local System 
account" is check. Change this to a domain user with admin privileges.   Just give it
