HIi Vinod,   There are a couple of more ways to hanle transactions in .net.   1) You 
can create a Transaction object and associate this Transaction object to the 
Connection you have created. All the activities done using this connection would come 
under the single Transaction object created. Implement the entire transaction in try 
.. block. Commit this Transaction at the end of the try block. If there is any error 
in the try block, then rollback the transaction in the catch block.   2) You can use 
COM+ Services . You have to declare this at the Page directive . This would hancle all 
the activities done in the entire page under one Transaction. A better help for this
