Hi Saurabh,                      I believe hosting remoting object in COM+ is a 
unnecessary pain. There are 4 ways u can host your remoting object in                  
                      1. IIS                      2. A Service                      3. 
Managed Executable                      4. .NET Componet Services (COM+)   If u 
compare option 1 and 4, I prefer IIS because.          1. IIS gives you authentication 
which COM+ doesn't          2. COM+ gives u transaction support which can be achived
