----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on BDOTNET
----------------------------------------------------------- From: Pandurang_Nayak Message 2 in Discussion Hi Aravind, Both J2EE and .NET are platforms which provide excellent support for building enterprise applications and large systems. It is a matter of choice for which platform to go to. I work in the .NET environment and I can tell you that stuff here is exciting. There are a lot of advances made in a very short timeframe by Microsoft to scale up to a platform like .NET for development. The work hasn't stopped and we're seeing newer things coming in everyday. If I'm not wrong, in the J2EE world - this is not the case at the moment. There are too many vendors and hence differing standards. I would suggest you look at which technology really interests you and then get into the same stream.
