----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on BDOTNET
----------------------------------------------------------- From: Pandurang_Nayak Message 5 in Discussion Hi Aravind, There is a lot of material available online for learning .NET. If you have a computer and access to an Internet connection, I would suggest that is the best way to start. Also, I'm writing a series on .NET for beginners - you could check that at http://pandurang.thinkingMS.com - i've just finished my first entry on a series. That should get you started a bit. If you do want to go to a training institute, you could try a good one - check out some earlier posts at the B.NET group - there are quite a few people who have recommended training institutes here. Since you already know C++, it will be easy for you to start on OOPS and you'll find C# a much more programmer-friendly language. So suggest you concentrate on C# instead of VB.NET.
