----------------------------------------------------------- From: RajatKhare Message 1 in Discussion Hi All, Since most of the members of this group are working profressionals working in Microsoft Technologies, specially .Net and associated areas, I think it may be a good idea, if we use this platform to collate and bring together information about the expected/average/best salaries that are being offered to professionals at various experience levels and what people can expect. This can help us all to be better informed and also be aware of the value we can deserve for our work. It also gives us opportunity to learn from each other, about what are the areas in which we should pay maximum attention/work harder to improve our professional worth in the market and be better informed.
