It's a very good initiative, so everybody knows where they stand. Sometimes we get so caught up with work that we kinda forget to stop and think "Well....am i being paid enough?". I learnt something from the data he's collected. Or is it becoz u guys are underpaid but are too nice to go and ask the sweet lady (HR) for a raise??
