Let me make clear my intentions for this post I respect the views of some members, who said this discussion should be conducted in private. But that defeats my very intention of collating this data, and sharing with everyone in this group, so that all are benefitted by this.. Also , of course it is not expected for people to disclose their own salaries or the salary bands of their organizations, or even take names of their companies. The only intention is to get the feedback of people about their opinions on where the salary bands are going towards, in our area, and how will the vary in future. Also people may express their views about what factors companies are considering in deciding/upgrading their salaries. I think this can be done by members, without in anyways disclosing any personal salary details or their aspirations Look forward to more support in the group.
